This is the level where I stop advising and start building.

The product gets built

Features designed, implemented and shipped. The sprint ends with something that works, not with a summary of what was attempted.

Infrastructure gets set up

Servers, CI/CD, staging and production delivery. Configured properly, documented, and handed over in your name.

Git is worked like an engineering team works it

Reviewable history, deliberate commits, deployment from the repository rather than from a laptop.

Documentation is part of delivery

Architecture, infrastructure and the decisions behind them written down as the work happens, not reconstructed a year later.

How it runs

Short sprints, finished results

  1. A sprint has a stated goal

    Agreed with you before it starts, small enough to finish, and specific enough to check.

  2. I design the solution

    How it will work, what it touches, what could break, and what will be done about that.

  3. I build it with AI coding agents

    Claude Code Max and Codex Pro as working tools, with the engineering practices that keep generated code honest: review, tests and evidence.

  4. I check my own work before you see it

    An independent review pass on what was produced. You are not the first person to notice a problem.

  5. It ships, and it is written down

    Delivered to staging and production, with the documentation and the decisions that go with it.

Ownership

Everything stays in your name

This is the level where access matters most, so this is where it is stated most clearly.

Servers belong to you

Registered to you, paid by you, accessible to you. Nothing has to be migrated if we stop.

The repository is yours

Your Git, your organization, your history. I get access to work, not ownership.

Critical accounts stay yours

Production, staging, domains and credentials in your name. You are not anyone’s hostage.

You own a product built with AI coding agents, you make the technical calls yourself, and you want someone experienced to check your thinking before you commit to it.
