This policy covers technicalangel.com, the public site you are reading, and client.technicalangel.com, the workspace where subscribers do their work. Both are operated by TechnicalAngel.
It describes what happens to information you give us. It does not describe what happens inside your own systems: procedures generated here are executed by you, in your environment, and we have no visibility into that.
Nothing that identifies you. There is no account, no form that stores anything and no login on this site.
No analytics or tracking scripts are loaded. If that changes, they will run only after you have explicitly allowed them, and this document will say so before they do.
To give you an account and let you use it, we store:
We do not ask for access to your source code repositories, and by default we have none. Procedures run in your environment.
We do not ask for production credentials, API keys, database passwords or access tokens. If you paste one into an uploaded document by mistake, tell us and we will delete it.
We do not use your uploaded material to train models, and we do not show it to other customers.
People you invite to your own account, according to the role you gave them.
The technical expert assigned to a review you requested — and only the material relevant to that review.
Service providers we depend on to run the product: hosting, payment processing, email delivery and the AI providers used to generate and verify actions. Each receives only what is needed for its function.
Nobody else. We do not sell information and we do not share it for advertising.
Generating a personalised action, classifying your request and verifying an uploaded result involve large language models operated by third-party providers.
What is sent to them is the relevant part of your context and the material in question — not your whole account, and not other customers’ data.
The workspace always shows whether what you are reading was produced by a model or by a person.
While your subscription is active, and for a period afterwards so that you can export your history.
You can delete individual documents and reviews at any time. You can ask for your whole account to be deleted, and we will do it.
Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires, which is longer than the rest.
You can see what is stored about you, correct it, export it and have it deleted. Most of that is a button in your workspace; for the rest, write to us.
If you are in a jurisdiction with statutory data-protection rights, those rights apply and this policy does not reduce them.
We may write about the kinds of problems we see. We do not write about you without your explicit permission.
A case can be marked in your account as not usable for content at all. Nothing is published, anonymised or otherwise, unless you have approved that specific text.
If this policy changes in a way that affects what we do with your information, subscribers are told before it takes effect.
Questions about this document go to the contact address published in your workspace.
