TechnicalAngel is a subscription to technical expertise. It provides personalised technical procedures generated for your systems, storage of your technical context, verification of results you bring back, and expert review by a person when you request it.
It is not a software development service. We do not write, deploy or operate your code, and nothing here transfers responsibility for your systems to us.
Plans are billed monthly in advance. A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it.
You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your workspace at any time, without contacting anyone. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the cycle you have already paid for.
Prices are shown excluding any tax that applies where you are. Where invoice billing is used, invoices are due by the date shown on them.
Each plan grants credits at the start of every billing cycle. Credits pay for generated actions, verification and expert review, at the cost shown before you confirm.
Unused subscription credits remain usable through the next billing cycle and are spent oldest-first. Credits still unspent when the following cycle begins expire.
Credits bought separately follow the expiry stated on the pack at the time of purchase.
Credits have no cash value, are not refundable and cannot be transferred between accounts.
If an operation fails on our side, the credits reserved for it are released.
Expert review is an assessment of the material you upload. Written review is returned within two working days of the material being complete; video review within 24 to 48 hours.
A review is a professional opinion about the material submitted. It is not an audit certificate, not a guarantee that your system is secure or correct, and not legal, financial or compliance advice.
We may decline a review if the material is incomplete, is outside the scope of what we assess, or would require access we do not have.
You are responsible for what you do with the procedures and assessments you receive. Running a generated procedure against your own systems is your action, taken in your environment.
Do not upload credentials, secrets or personal data belonging to third parties that you have no right to share.
You are responsible for the people you invite to your account and for what they do with it.
We do not guarantee that a procedure will find every problem in your system, that an assessment is exhaustive, or that following a plan will produce a particular business outcome.
AI models are used to generate and verify material. They can be wrong, and the workspace always shows which parts were produced by a model rather than a person.
We hold no security or compliance certifications and do not claim any.
We aim to keep the service available and will give notice of planned interruptions where we can.
The methodology is versioned. Improvements reach new work; cases you already ran keep the version they ran on.
If we change these terms in a way that affects what you are buying, subscribers are told before it takes effect.
You may cancel at any time from your workspace. Your data stays readable for a period afterwards so that you can export it.
We may suspend or end an account that is used to break the law, to attack the service, or to obtain expert time for a party that has not paid for it.
